Staff live in cabins with campers. They wake up with them and put them to bed at night. We do give our staff free time after camper bedtime, so they can socialize with their friends and participate in special programs. But there is always a staff member On Duty (OD) who makes sure campers are settled into their cabins and can address any issues if required.
