Every Saturday night, the whole camp gathers in the Phyllis Weisfeld Theatre, surrounded by play plaques dating back to the 1950’s, to watch a unit perform their play. Unit plays are a highlight of the summer for many campers. Each week starts off with auditions, followed by rehearsals for scenes, songs and dance numbers. Campers who prefer to stay out of the spotlight have the opportunity to help out with sets, tech, costumes or stage management. It’s a great opportunity to come together as a group and work hard to create something.
