Fitness & Dance

Campers get the chance to move and groove at Fitness and Dance. Fitness classes include yoga and bootcamp. Our regular dance program is geared to dancers of all levels, teaching basic dance moves and progressive choreography. Campers also have the chance to prep for the two biggest dance events of the summer – Airbands and Dance Intercamp. At Airbands, units compete against each other with numbers choreographed by unit staff. The whole camp comes together in their unit colours on the last night of first session, and the competition is fierce! The Dance Intercamp Competition is one of the highlights of every summer. WAHA hosts dance teams from nine Ontario camps to see who can bust moves best in several categories.
