Camp Wahanowin presents…

Enjoy a family/couples retreat unlike any other, right at Wahanowin this summer! From water-skiing to zipline, to swimming and playing at the waterpark, and to s’mores and singing by the campfire, you don’t have to miss out on camp this summer. IF in the event the government orders Overnight Camps to close for Summer 2021, WAHANOWIN HAS GOT YOUR BACK!  Join us for a one-week (6 night) experience filled with fun, food and activities that will be sure to make memories to last a lifetime!

Located only 90 minutes from Toronto, Camp Wahanowin is truly a convenient and beautiful destination. Set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Couchchiching, your accommodations will include:

  • Private renovated cabin with a double bed for the adults and bunk beds for the kids
  • Private couples cabins with a double bed, washroom and shower
  • All cabins have electricity, double sink washrooms, shower, mini fridge, and a table and chairs for indoor dining or games
  • Personal picnic table and campfire pit outside your door
  • Furry family members are welcome too


We take pride in our food service at Camp Wahanowin and aim to accommodate food preferences and dietary restrictions. Your dining experience will include:

  • Families will be provided with 3 delicious meals daily
  • Enjoy meals in our lakeside dining hall, covered shelter, one of our dining tents or on the picnic table at your cabin
  • Weekly Beach BBQ and Campfire with Hot Dogs and S’mores
  • Tuck Shop will be open and stocked with extra goodies for purchase

  • On the Water – Huge Sandy Beach, Canoes, Fishing, Kayaks, Lily Pad, Sail Boats, Stand Up Paddleboards, Tubing, Water Park, Water Skiing
  • On the Land – Archery, Baseball, Hiking, Camp Crafts, Mountain Biking, Multiple Basketball, Beach Volleyball and Tennis Courts, Soccer
  • Up for Adventure – Bungee Trampolines, Climbing Wall, 2 High Ropes Courses, Trapeze and 40’ Zip Line
  • Mini Putt, Lawn Games, Jumbo Jenga, Checkers and Chess
  • Nightly Evening Programs – Bingo, Campfires, Drive In Movie, Social Distanced Family Competitions, Trivia, Night Hoops/Volleyball


As with everything we do at camp, safety is our number one priority. We will have comprehensive safety measures in place that meet federal and provincial guidelines and follow site-specific advice from our local public health authorities. Please see some of these measures below:

  • 100 acres allow ample space for social distancing
  • Pre-arrival and arrival screening protocols
  • Dedicated single household cabins, dining tables and PFD’s
  • Social distanced dining and activities
  • Masks must be worn unless eating, socially distanced or in your cabin
  • Sanitizing between guests
  • 10 new touch-less water bottle filling stations
  • Enhanced cleaning prior to your arrival and ongoing
  • Nurse on site, staff are all first aid certified


  • 6 Nights, including all meals
  • Families: $3,999, plus tax. Rates are based on 5 people per cabin. There is an additional cost of $500/week per person beyond 5 people (children 3 years and under are not counted in the cabin numbers)
  • Couples: $1,899, plus tax. Rates are based on 2 people per cabin.
